Exposing our weaknesses, fears, and vulnerabilities as we are taught in the workplace and our relationships should be addressed at a specific time and place. Leaving unresolved issues to accumulate down the line. Why not create mental and physical safe havens within the workplace and our relationships build a healthy dialogue? Why not take our vulnerabilities as a strength to work through our fears and create a positive impact for lives? Let us humanize our fears and concerns to one another and use our collective understanding to listen and quietly let go of our vulnerabilities. Through a series of trust building exercises and sharing collectively as a group, this workshop aims to create a safe haven built on openness, understanding, and truth and most importantly sharing of knowledge.
