Wim Hof Method Breathing Workshop (How to consciously control your immune system)


Wim Hof is a Dutch daredevil and holder of 25 world records, including one for sitting in ice for over 2 hours without his core body temperature dropping. He has pioneered a revolutionary new method through which we can now consciously control our own immune system via three pillars: breathwork, cold exposure and mindset. The health benefits, backed by scientific research which now appears in degree-level biology textbooks, have huge implications for the future of medicine and our wellbeing.
This workshop, from a certified instructor who trained with Wim, is an introduction to the method and will feature one of the three pillars: the breathing technique.
